Continuity, not repetition

Pick up the work.
Not just the paperwork.

When staff change or someone covers a shift, the resident’s file gives them everything they need to carry on.

Before a visit

Check the latest record and the support plan, so every visit starts from what was agreed last time.

When someone else picks up

Cover staff and new starters read the resident’s file and carry on the work, without starting from scratch.

When circumstances change

Update the resident’s details as things change, so the whole team works from the same, current information.

The detail makes the difference
“We agreed to review the shopping list next time.”

A clear next step, so the next session starts where this one left off.

The details

A few things worth knowing.

The details behind the day-to-day work.

Can I see every resident across our service?

Yes. Providers see every resident in the organisation, each with their support plan, recent records and upcoming reviews. Support workers see the residents they work with.

Will I know when a resident’s review is due?

Yes. Reviews are scheduled automatically from each support plan, and anything coming due or overdue is flagged until it’s done.

Can we bring in residents we already support?

Yes. Residoc walks your team through each existing paper file one step at a time, so current residents are set up with their records and review dates in place.

What happens when a resident moves out?

Completing the move-out form marks them as moved out and takes them off the active caseload, with their full file kept for your records.
